Suicide?

I am assuming someone must be in control of themselves for their actions to have a bearing on their punishment. Children have not reached the age of accountability. Someone who is not sane is not held accountable for their actions. Suicide does appear to be a type of murder, but if anyone was to commit suicide would any of these people be considered sane? Anyone that commits suicide I think would be out of their mind, therefore not held accountable for that action. Any comments?

Suicide is a moot point as I believe in reincarnation. I also believe that the creator of all mankind has a reason for everything that happens in life so again suicide is saying that you know better than GOD. This is not a crime but is still over all wrong.
