Re-marriage to first wife

If a Christian couple, fall away from the faith, get divorced because they just can not get along, each re-marry and each get divorced again, is it proper in God's eyes for them to re marry years later?

That would be the best ending, that is as long as both are reconciled to God again.

if you were in sin by losing the faith..i wouldnt concern myself by that time. Its what you do when you call yourself a christian is what to be concerned with. My answer is, that praying to God and telling Him whats going on, and see what He tells you. Explain to him what you are doing and confess to him how you lost the faith. God loves you. He will forgive you. I cant find anywhere it says thats a unfogiveable sin.....only blasphemy. I cant find anywhere it says you cant remarry your first husband or wife.....just the opposite. you are correcting a wrong in Gods word that you were doing. I think thats what Christian living is. You and I.....and let me say it again "I" sin all the time. Its correcting it..that makes you right in Gods eye. Had you not remarried or stayed married to anyone other than the first one you marrried (unless marital unfaithfulness or death) then you would have had a reason to be worried. Rest easy..and pray.....God will tell you whats right.......He didnt let his son die to not forgive us............did he? GOD IS LOVE AND FORGIVENESS

Deuteronomy 24:1- 4 If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man, and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies, then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the LORD. Do not bring sin upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.

This is the best to describe about it here.I really like see all the things here about the re-marriage with the first wife and start a life again in that old way.I really like that god support him help to maintain the relationship.
