Do you think the Garden of Eden and the tree of life still exist and why?
No. If Adam could have eaten from the TOL, he would have lived forever. God wasn't going to allow that because of his sin. All of us sin, therefore, God isn't going to allow us to eat from it. It would be pointless to let it remain and be guarded, rather than to destroy it. However we will be able to eat from the TOL in Heaven, and it doesn't matter if it's the same tree or another one.
Lastly, why did God place the Cherubims and the flaming swords at the east of the garden, for what purpose and are they still present today, and why do the swords turn every way to keep the tree of life?
As I stated above, God is not going to allow a sinful man to live forever just by eating the antidote from the TOL.
An East location; I'm not going to pretend I know God reason for this, other than He chose it. Like the Star in the East that the wise men followed. "He's the bright and morning star"; the Sun rises in the East, and so on.
The swords turn every way to keep the tree; suppose there was one way it didn't turn, that would mean God was making it possible for Adam to access it and eat from it. That's not gonna happen either.
